NZWiR Apprentice Scholarship
NZ Women in Roofing (NZWiR) in association with Vertical Horizonz is proud to announce the launch of the NZWiR Apprentice Scholarship. Aimed at making the qualification journey a little easier, this scholarship covers the roofing apprenticeship fees, a NZ Women in Roofing membership throughout the apprenticeship, and access to a financial assistance fund. Entries close 21 February 2025, enter today!

New Zealand Women in Roofing are very pleased to announce the launch of the children’s book “My Mum’s a Roofer” by Martin Finney.
This heartwarming story follows a child who admires their mum as she navigates her roofing apprenticeship, showcasing the challenges and triumphs of the trade.
With 32 pages, including 16 pages of stunning watercolour illustrations, “My Mum’s a Roofer” highlights the skills, dedication, and pride of the roofing profession, inspiring young readers to appreciate all careers.
