I have been with Freeman Roofing for over 6 years, recently transitioning from Client Representative to Branch Manager.

Freeman Roofings’ supportive culture and professional development opportunities helped me grow on so many levels to ultimately take on the role of Branch Manager in Dunedin.

Despite harbouring a childhood dream of becoming a motorbike mechanic, I really enjoy the roofing industry, and wouldn’t be anywhere else! I love the interactions with staff and customers alike, no two days are the same, and there is always scope to learn something new!

Outside of work, my partner and I are big petrolheads! When we are not tinkering or fixing our old cars, we are enjoying the outdoors, 4wding, camping, hunting. We have a 10yr boy, Koda, who forever keeps us on our toes, with rugby, guitar and motorbiking.

I firmly believe, having been in many male dominated industries, there is a place for wahine. We bring an element of balance, unique perspective, and determination for excellence. I will always advocate for and support women in any trades based role!
