With over 20 years in the roofing industry, I bring a depth of experience across a wide range of roles, including account management, branch management, business development, customer service coordinator, and commercial sales rep. This hands-on journey has equipped me with a sharp understanding of both the operational and strategic dimensions of the trade.

Beyond the roofing sector, I’ve held leadership roles within NZ Women in Roofing and other organisations, where I’ve championed industry advocacy, governance, and ethical professionalism. My commitment to mentoring is grounded in practical insight, strong ethical frameworks, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

Before stepping into the trades, I worked as a personal trainer, a reflection of my lifelong passion for sport, fitness, and self-improvement. That same drive fuels my approach to mentoring today: lifting others up, building confidence, and encouraging them to discover new pathways and possibilities.

My mentoring style is hands-on, empathetic, and growth oriented. I love sharing knowledge, helping people better themselves, and opening doors they may not have seen, whether that’s in career transitions, communication, leadership, or personal development.
