Since stepping into the roofing industry in 2020 with Metalcraft Roofing in Wellington, Lisa has gone from having minimal roofing knowledge to taking on senior leadership roles within the company. She began as an Account Manager and quickly progressed to Assistant Sales Manager, then Sales Manager, and now proudly serves as a Senior Account Manager.

Lisa’s journey has been shaped not only by hands-on experience but also by the incredible support of the Women in Roofing community. She had the privilege of leading the Wellington branch for over a year, where she organised a wide range of events—from factory tours and learning opportunities to fundraisers and networking sessions. These experiences deepened Lisa’s industry knowledge and helped her build meaningful connections across the sector.

Being part of Women in Roofing has opened doors to growth, education, and support that Lisa believes are vital to building a long-term career in this industry. She’s passionate about encouraging others to explore the opportunities roofing offers and about supporting the next generation of women joining our field.
