I currently serve as the Office and Accounts Manager at Johnson Roofing, where I have been employed for nearly eight years. While my primary responsibilities encompass administration and accounts, my role extends far beyond these tasks. I am actively involved in quantity surveying, measuring, and quoting roofs. I regularly attend site appointments to meet potential clients, assess their roofs, and capture detailed photographs. Back at the office, I utilise satellite imagery with scales to prepare accurate quotes – covering longrun steel, flashings, underlay, netting, gutters, downpipes, insulation, and necessary scaffolding or EWP.

Throughout each project, I liaise closely with clients, builders, and our roofing team from the initial contact through to completion. Over the years, I have developed a strong passion for the roofing industry, and I take great pride in the extensive knowledge I have gained across my various roles.

I’m excited to contribute my experience and enthusiasm to the New Zealand Women in Roofing board and support the advancement of women within our industry.
